Our rates are charged by the DAY and not by the NIGHT. The day of arrival counts as day 1 regardless of arrival time.
ALL CATS ARE FULLY INSURED BUILT INTO THE PRICE.
Cats out by 10am on the day of departure will not be charged for that day. If your cat is in after 10am that will count as another day as we will not re-let that unit that day in order that it can be clean and disinfected in preparation for the next cat. This ensures a safe enviroment for every cat.
Weekend boarding or 3 day midweek is calculated as 3 days (£24) and the "out by10am" rules does not apply for so few days.

FROM 1st September 2010 there is a £1 per day price increase due to the cost of heating.

THESE PRICES INCLUDE VET INSURANCE TO THE VALUE OF £300, per cat, DURING YOUR CATS STAY , EXISTING CONDITIONS ARE EXCLUDED.
Multi cat households which are broken up into different units will pay the pro-rata price for the number of cats in that unit.

We specialise in long stay. and also shipping of cats abroad.
FOR CATS THAT ARE ON A SPECIAL DIET FROM THE VET there is a 50p deduction.
If you wish to bring your cats shop bought food you may do so but there is no discount, we keep most of the Felix and Whiskas range as well as other quality dry, including Iams, Hills and Technical, so there is really no need.
Cats from the same family who cannot share must take the single daily price.
Owners are invited to bring a towel or soft foam cat bed. Please don't bring cushions with foam or feathers which cannot be easily washed in case of accidents. Two toys maximum and of no consequence., WE DO NOT ACCEPT TOYS THAT ARE MADE OF REAL FUR. THESE TOYS CAN BE MADE FROM CATs SKINNED ALIVE IN CHINA..!!
