All cats must be full vaccinated and the Vets card must accompany cats on each boarding occasion. Your Vet can advise you on this.

NO PERSIAN CATS ACCEPTED, due to the eye and coat problems many arrive with.
No un-neutered males over six months of age accepted.
Cats on medication will only be accepted if the medication can be given with food (Due to the risk of injury to staff).
We advise Flea treatment prior to arrival. Cats who are seen by us to have fleas will be treated and the owner must pay for such treatment on collection.
PLEASE REMOVE COLLARS AS PRECAUTION.
All fees must be paid on collection. There will be no exceptions to this. Cash or chequewith card, we have no plastic facility.
Cash or Cheque supported by a Bankers Card is the only method of payment acceptable. We do not accept Credit Cards or Switch.
FOR ALL FIRST TIME CLIENTS... Pre payment of the full boarding fee charge will be ask for on the first occasion boarding with us. Payable at the time of booking...We prefer a pre- booking visit to us, so you can meet those caring for your cat.
Dates booked must be paid for even if you arrive back early from your holiday, so please make sure of your dates.
It is condition of us boarding your cat that if you cancel your booking in less than 14 days prior we will expect you to pay for any days which we cannot reallocate. This is our livelyhood and not a hobby and we hope you will respect this.
Refunds of cancellations will only be give for those days which we are able to re-sell. Admin charge £10
24 hours Vet on call. We are please to have MARKET CROSS VETS as our daytime emergency service and VETS NOW out of hours.

Cats out by 10am will not be charged for that day. with the exception of Saturday to Monday boarders who will pay for all 3 days regardless of pick up time.
